The Swiss Carbon Alphorn in Canada

Here are a couple of photos from our hike yesterday in our local mountains (ndlr. Canada colombie britannique).
It is wonderful to have two lightweight alphorns with matching tuning, as well!

D’écrire ma ville

D’écrire ma ville est un projet d’écriture participative novateur ayant pour but de faire raconter une ville par ses habitants.

L’idée est qu’au travers de récits personnels de lieux, personnalités, anecdotes, souvenirs, soit saisie la mémoire vive subjective d’une ville, offrant ainsi une image polyphonique de celle-ci.

Dans ce recueil on trouve une belle raisonnance pour l’Alpflyinghorn et son inventeur Roger Zanetti (Zaneth), merci!

Greetings from Colorado!  I hope you are well and happy.  I’ve had my wonderful alphorn for over 2 years now and I still love it!

This summer I played Mountain Call at 12,400’ and for once I set everything up properly to get a decent video. [...] I think you will enjoy the lovely sound my horn can produce, even though there are a couple of minor goofs in it. [...]

I will continue to be grateful for a horn I can carry in a backpack!
